From 19^th to 20^th, Sept. 2018, the 10^th China International Rescue & Salvage Conference, Rescue & Salvage Association Annual Meeting 2018, the 4^th Asia-Pacific Regional Development Meeting were held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province.  Nearly 300 representatives from 26 countries and regions attended, focusing on achievements of the 40^th anniversary of reform and opening-up, sharing experience of creation and development, starting new era of high quality development.
